Ricky LeBlanc is a partner at Simmons Hanly Conroy. He is responsible for the overall management of Client Services, working to ensure client satisfaction and intake resolution on an individual case level, across the firm’s various areas of litigation.

In addition to overseeing Client Services, Ricky participates in a number of efforts in support of the firm’s Mesothelioma and Asbestos litigation practice, designed to educate about asbestos awareness and help asbestos victims and their families fight for justice and compensation.

Areas of involvement include:

  • Ricky is an accredited attorney through the Office of the General Counsel for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, permitting him to assist with the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for VA benefits.
  • Fundraising – Miles for Meso Road Race – Offering continued support for the mesothelioma community, Ricky has participated as a runner for various fundraising events.

Prior to Simmons Hanly Conroy:

As the son of a pipefitter and factory worker, Ricky is passionate about helping workers get the access to civil justice they are too frequently denied.

In 2006, Ricky founded and managed his own firm specializing in personal injury and product liability. Before founding his own firm, Ricky began his career at Rodman, Rodman & Sandman, PC, where he served as an associate for 10 years working on various practice areas including their large asbestos practice.

Following the tragic events of 9/11, Ricky volunteered for Trial Lawyers Care, an organization founded to help the families and victims of 9/11 by providing them with free legal services.
